We allow a 15-minute grace period for lateness. While the price for the appointment remains the same, you will have reduced design time so we can complete your nails within the booked timeframe.
Please pay close attention when booking. Ella’s rate is higher than the associate’s rate.
With Ella, gratuity is greatly appreciated, but not obligatory.
With the associate, a minimum of 20% gratuity is recommended

No hard gel or acrylic removal.
When a soft gel removal is not booked:
If there’s extra time, the removal and manicure will proceed.
If there is no extra time, a full session rate is charged.
Each 15 minutes of extra work incurs an additional charge of $35 (Associate) or $60 (Ella), including but not limited to:
Gel overlay
Accent nails
Extension or fixing breaks
Color choices
Consultation
Extra length of nails
Extra time for removal
Changing design partway through session
Please allow room for minor imperfections as our art is drawn by hand.
Single Color
Choose your preferred color from over 400 colors of our vegan gel.
Options include just one more accent color for each hand. Added cost for 3 or more colors.

We remove soakable soft gel, Apres Gel-X Extensions, and dip powder. We do not remove hard gel, acrylic, or hard gel extensions.

Gel Manicures
We provide dry manicures in single color or nail art options, all with gentle cuticle care and nail shaping.
Gel lasts 2-3 weeks. Expect normal wear and tear.
Gel Extensions with Apres Gel-X
Gel-X Extensions are single use, non-refillable, and made of soft gel that is removed with acetone solution.
We offer single color or nail art options with the extensions.
Gel-X Extensions usually last 2-3 weeks or more with healthy and adequate nail plates to hold the gel extension.
Durability will be compromised when your natural nail plates are too short and fragile, especially with the extra long length.
